Im off to Tanzania from the 14th of September and arrive back the 20th to cover the general assembly of one of my organisations I work for in Gauteng. Being a conference photographer makes you privy to a lot of work going on which we the public are never aware of , it makes you realise theres a lot of good work going on in organisations. Here are few images from the recent ATAF conference held at Crystal Towers, including an outing to the District six museum which was a very interesting spot to see.
Ariena a friends niece was in South Africa on a work and study program and very kindly consented to having a portrait photography session. The 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa is one of the most beautiful venues in Cape Town, match that with brilliant staff, management and wedding co-ordinator’s and its truly a must do venue. Everytime I meet Zim couples I find them to be such stunning people and no exception with Rudo & Taps . Having chatted with Rudo about their couples photo-shoot and various locations they decided on a sunset scenario so we met up in Cape Town and I took them first through to Hout Bay at the old ruins on Chapmans Peak, and then down to Camps Bay side for a sunset session. I recently photographed the Pfiser etanercept “conference” held at the Crystal Towers hotel . As an event photographer these conferences can be very interesting. These professors, doctors, researches and scientists dedicate their lives to bettering peoples lives suffering from various illnesses, this conference dealing with rheumatoid arthritis a particularly nasty illness. here are a few images from the day.
I Love the setting at Lagoon Beach Hotel, beautiful views over the sea of Table Mountain and the beaches running up towards Table View, but wow can it blow here, and Howard & Juliette’s wedding was no exception, it blew hard 🙂 . Octavia & Roscoe’s wedding was held at Zevenwacht , a venue a I really enjoy every time we photograph a wedding there. Blessed with stunning weather on the day, and even a small thunderstorm later in the evening to cool things down we photographed the brides pre wedding images up at the cottages.
